Create an account, or simply sign in if you already have one. You can access our brochures and technical guides via the main menu under ‘Technical Guides’ or in the dropdown menu under ‘Brochures & Technical Guides’.

To start a course, select the course you wish to take by clicking on its image or title. Complete the form, then click ‘Next’ for free courses or ‘Complete my Purchase’ for paid courses or subscriptions.

Once enrolled, you will be directed to your course within your personal dashboard. You can return anytime to continue your learning, your course will always be available in your dashboard for easy access.

If you have already purchased a course you will need to log in to your account to access your courses. Your account will have been created when you enrolled in the course.

Head to the 'Login' tab at the top of any page and enter your details. You will then be directed to your own personal dashboard where you can view all purchased courses. 

Once logged in, click on your profile button and select ‘My Library’ from the dropdown menu. From there, you’ll have access to all the courses you’ve purchased and can continue learning at your own pace.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on your profile button. Select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu, then go to ‘Billing Info’ and find the ‘Active Subscriptions’ section.

Here, you can cancel your subscription. You will retain access for the remainder of your current subscription period, but it will not automatically renew or charge your card for the following year.

When signing up for a subscription, card details are always required, as payments are set up as rolling charges.

If you have a voucher code, ensure the discounted cost is reflected before completing your purchase. Only the correct amount will be charged, if the code makes the subscription free, no payment will be taken.

You can cancel your subscription at any time after purchase. This will not affect your access for the remainder of your subscription period.

Once you’ve purchased a course, you can complete it as many times as you like. Please note that a certificate is only issued the first time you complete the course.

Courses purchased through a subscription are accessible only while the subscription is active.

Once you’ve completed all sections of a course and marked it as ‘Complete’, your certificate will be sent to your registered email address. Please ensure your email is correct when creating your account, as certificates cannot be re-issued.

If you haven’t received your certificate, please check your junk or spam folder.
