Create an account or if you have one you just need to sign in. Our brochures and technical guides can be found on our main menu under 'Technical Guides' or in our Dropdown Menu Under 'Brochures & Technical Guides' 

Go to the course you wish to take part in and click on the image or text of that course. Next complete the form and select 'Next' on FREE Courses or 'Complete my Purchase' on Paid Courses or Subscriptions. You will now be directed to the course within your own dashboard. If you wish to continue with your course another time, this is where you will be able to find it once enrolled. 

If you have already purchased a course you will need to log in to your account to access your courses. Your account will have been created when you enrolled in the course. Head to the 'Login' tab at the top of any page and enter your details. You will then be directed to your own personal dashboard where you can view all purchased courses. 

To access your courses once logged in, click on the profile button and select 'My Library' from the drop down menu. You will then have access to all the courses you have already purchased.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click the profile button, select 'Settings' from the drop down menu. Next select 'Billing Info' and head to the 'Active Subscriptions' Section, here you will be able to cancel your subscriptions. This means that you will have access for the remainder of your current subscription, but it will not renew for another year and charge your card.

When signing up for our subscriptions, please note that card details will always be required as these are rolling payment.

If you have a voucher code, please make sure the cost is adjusted before purchasing. Only the correct payment will be taken, if the code makes the subscription FREE no payment will be taken.

If you wish you can cancel your subscription after your purchase, this will not effect your use of it for the remaining time included with your purchase.

Once you have purchased a course you can complete it as many times as you wish. Please be aware you will only recieve a certificate on the first time you complete the course. *You will only have access to courses purchased within a subscription whist it is active. 

Once you have completed all the sections of a course and marked it as 'Complete' you will recieve your certificate via email. Please make sure your email address is correct when creating your account as these certificates can't be re-issued. *If you have not recieved your email, please check your junk mail folder. 

Our certificates are automatically generated using the details on your account. *Please make sure your name and spellings are correct before taking part in a course as certificates cannot be re-issued.
