1. Eligibility
This course is designed exclusively for experienced milk_shake® colourists. Acceptance onto the programme is subject to approval by the education team.

2. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the course.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
Places are limited and confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you cancel after paying in full, any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) may be refunded at the discretion of the provider, provided sufficient notice is given.
No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.

4. Attendance & Missed Days
Full attendance is expected for all training days in London and Milan.
Days missed due to illness, personal reasons, or travel disruption will not be refunded and cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another course.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to attend all scheduled days.

5. Travel & Accommodation
Travel, accommodation, visas, and insurance are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.
The course provider is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or changes.

6. Course Changes
The provider reserves the right to amend course content, locations, trainers, or dates where necessary.
In the unlikely event the course is cancelled by the provider, a full refund of fees paid will be issued (excluding personal travel or accommodation costs).

7. Conduct & Professional Standards
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
The provider reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the property of the course provider and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

9. Liability
The provider accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the course, except where required by law.

10. General
